To establish this ranking, we analyzed more than 15,000 coworking spaces listed on OfficeFlow in France. Our score combines the Google rating (weighted at 40%), the value for money (30%), the diversity of equipment (20%) and transport access (10%).
Paris: the must-sees
The capital boasts over 1,200 coworking spaces. The highest-rated are Station F (4.6/5), Morning Sentier (4.5/5), and WeWork La Fayette (4.4/5). For tighter budgets, spaces like Anticafe or Hubsy offer pay-as-you-go options.
Lyon: the Rhône hub
As the second-largest coworking city in France, Lyon boasts over 150 spaces. La Cordee, a pioneer of Lyon's coworking scene, remains a leading name with its multiple locations. Kwerk and Nextdoor round out the premium offerings.
Bordeaux, Nantes, Toulouse
These three major cities are experiencing rapid growth in coworking. In Bordeaux, the Chartrons district is home to several creative spaces. Nantes stands out for its innovative shared workspaces. Toulouse is focusing on tech spaces near Airbus and the aerospace industry.

WeWork, Morning, Wojo (Accor group), Deskeo and Regus/IWG are the main national operators. Each has its own positioning: WeWork targets tech startups, Morning growing companies, and Wojo business travelers.
